XERCODE MEDIA SOFTWARE, S.L. communicates to all suppliers that all requirements will be included in the order or attached documents. In addition, the XERCODE MEDIA SOFTWARE, S.L. staff shall review the product or service at the time of receipt. Should any incidence be found, the supplier shall be informed in order to solve it.

Therefore, XERCODE MEDIA SOFTWARE, S.L. shall appraise the performance of its suppliers according to the non-conformities found each year, and may be discontinued in the event they do not comply with the requirements issued by XERCODE MEDIA SOFTWARE, S.L.

XERCODE MEDIA SOFTWARE, S.L., or the client of XERCODE MEDIA SOFTWARE, S.L., may, with regard to the Purchase Order or contract between the parties, submit the supplier to verification or validation activities at the facilities of the external supplier.
